According to the different main chemical elements contains, A709 Grade 50W was divided as A709Gr50w type A, A709Gr50w type B, A709Gr50w type C.These three steel grades are equivalent to specification ASTM A 588/A 588M A588 Grade A,A588 Grade B and A588 Grade C.Low alloy steel plate A709 Grade 50W also owned the same minimum limited yield strength at 345 Mpa as A709 Grade 50 steel plate.
